How the #PhysiqueWeek Challenge Works:

 

  • The name of the game is consistency and results! The goal is to dial in our fitness routines for the Spring and challenge ourselves by completing short, but intense weight-training workouts designed specifically for women 35+ (yes, we'll talk hormones!)
  • All workouts are specifically designed to elicit maximum physique change in 30 minutes or less. These are weight training workouts, and they will be challenging (this is a challenge after all!) 
  • In order to complete the challenge, you must complete 4 workouts over the 7 days (bonus points for some restorative stress-reducing leisure walking as well). This is going to be tough! That’s why it’s a “challenge” ;) but all workouts are 30 minutes or less in length, and as the goal is consistency, I want you to do what you need to to get them in!
  • You can do the workouts at home with dumbbells (I recommend 1 heavier and 1 lighter set), or at a gym.  
  • How to win: Everyone who completes the 4 workoutswill be entered to win prizes, including workout gear, coaching with me and more, prizes values over $5000!

Hi, I'm Jill Coleman!

I'm the 43-year old founder of JillFit and host of the #PhysiqueWeek challenge!

I'm a certified personal trainer with a BS in Exercise Science and an MS in clinical nutrition.

Over my last 26 years in the fitness industry, I've done everything from compete in figure competitions, to run triathlons and half-marathons, to write hundreds of articles on fitness and nutrition for magazines and online forums, to personal training thousands of clients using the techniques included in this #PhysiqueWeek Challenge and getting clients better results in less time.

The workouts you'll be doing in #PhysiqueWeek are how I train, and it's what has gotten the best results I've ever seen with my clients.

Once you start training like this, and do these kinds of workouts, you'll NEVER go back to the old, long, boring ones.

I switched to these workouts years ago, and I'll never go back. And my physique is stronger and more defined now at 43 years old than it was at 23 years old (see pic).
