Your Next Steps:

1) GO HERE to join our private community for all the workouts, accountability + education! The challenge begins Monday April 21st.

2) We have TWO Live Mini-Trainings for you to attend, where I'll be going through the housekeeping and also educating you on WHY these workouts (hello, hormones!):

  • Monday April 21st at 10am PT
  • Thursday April 24th at 10am PT

3) Access the Challenge Workouts HERE. Again, please put [email protected] on your "safe" emails list so nothing goes to Junk.

4) Your goal for the 7 days is to complete 4 workouts, plus bonus points for leisure walking on off days (details to come). You'll need access to at least 1-2 sets of dumbbells to complete them. Every person who completes the 4 workouts (as verified through our private community) will be eligible for prizes worth over $2000.
