Hi, I'm your host Jill Coleman

I'm the 43-year old founder of JillFit and creator of The BUILT Blueprint Training System.

After doing extreme, obsessive dieting and cardio for over a decade, I decided I wanted how to figure out actually build a muscular, lean physique sustainably without obsession, and I was ready to do the *final* work of strapping in for the long-haul as my 40th birthday approached.

Though I've been in the fitness industry for 26 years, it wasn't until my late 30s that I started getting serious about building muscle, building athleticism and building a responsive, flexible metabolism (so that I can get away with more nutritionally). My goal was to head into my 40s healthy and ready for all the hormonal changes awaiting me.

Listen, most women will start losing 3-5% of their muscle mass in their 30s and 40s, if they are not actively and consciously working to build or maintain muscle: something that will affect metabolism, bone health, soft tissue integrity + more.
