Daily Accountability for the First 6 Weeks of #LeanBuilding
In a group environment, I'll be posting daily accountability threads, and you'll have the option to ask specific questions about your own situation/progress/process PLUS get alternative movements and modifications if needed. Members will be cheering one another on and supporting each other on a daily basis. It's gonna be magic!

6-Week #Moderation365 Nutrition Coaching
Jill will be going live in the group weekly with new nutrition lessons based not only on the #moderation365 mindfulness curriculum, but also speaking specifically about MUSCLE-BUILDING nutrition. You'll have the ability to get your own unique nutrition questions answered, and troubleshooting in real time based on how you're doing.

The 6-week coaching and daily accountability directly with Jill and the #Moderation365 team starts Monday May 11, 2020.
How it works:
Upon enrollment, you'll get access to a closed private community where you'll be able to connect with everyone else starting the #LeanBuilding program together on May 11th.
PART NUTRITION:
Each week, I'll be hosting a LIVE nutrition training on Wednesdays (yes, they will be recorded so you can watch after the fact) and then opening it up to questions from you. If you cannot be on live, you'll have the opportunity to put your question in ahead of time.
I'll be working with each of you to tease out your specific nutrition formula, what will work for you long-term and based on your goal: fat loss, muscle gain, moderation and mindfulness, balance and more.
You'll also have access to the #Moderation365 coaches to help you troubleshoot between calls as well.
At the end of the 6-weeks, you'll have a greater understanding of how you need to match your eating and training for best results, and what you can continue doing long after the 6 weeks is over.
PART EXERCISE ACCOUNTABILITY:
Each day, I'll be sharing an exercise accountability thread for #LeanBuilding. We'll be doing the first 6 weeks together. You'll comment with how you did, what weights you used, and if you have any specific questions or needed modifications.
My goal for you is to become as consistent as possible, so you are well on your way to getting the results you want.
