Hi, I'm Jill!
I'm the 42-year old founder of JillFit and the creator of #LeanBuilding 2.0, a brand, new hypertrophy fitness program for women 35+, launching April 28th, 2024.
As a certified personal trainer and nutrition consultant, I've worked with over 10,000 women over the last 24 years in the fitness industry, helping them get stronger, leaner, faster and have a better relationship with food and their bodies.
I’ve created #LeanBuilding 2.0 because most women will start losing 3-5% of their muscle mass in their 30s and 40s, if they are not actively and consciously working to build or maintain muscle: something that will affect metabolism, bone health, soft tissue integrity + more!
