âś… Week 1 - Market Research
We'll decide on your most compelling micro-solutions to your ideal clients' micro-problems. This is where we choose the idea based on the current known frustrations, problems and struggles of your ideal client so that they KNOW without a doubt that this solution is for them.
âś… Week 2 - Messaging
This is possibly the hardest part, which is why this first round of MCM will be live with Jill, because messaging includes how to BUILD DEMAND for your mini-course based on how you talk about it and position it. You'll decide what angle to take, and you'll get in-real-time feedback from Jill so that you can nail it.
âś… Week 3 - Method
Once you know what micro-problem you are solving with your course, you'll create the micro-METHOD that will walk your customer through the roadmap that will get them from where they are now to where they want to go. Make it memorable, cohesive and easy-to-follow to ensure results. A meta example of this is The 6M Method you are reading about right now!
âś… Week 4 - Map it out
This is where we'll take all of your expertise and content and figure out where everything goes logistically in the course. What content needs to be included, versus what is just superfluous and can be left out. The goal for your client is for them to be able to consume this in a weekend and start implementing right away.
âś… Week 5 - Make it
We're going to create your course content in real time together! Remember, a micro-course doesn't require weeks on end of recording and hours and hours of content or professional production value. Most micro-courses will include 2-3 hours of total content, broken up into easy-to-digest modules for fast action-taking.
âś… Week 6* - Market it
We're going to learn a simple marketing plan together, which includes both an inaugural launch (how to message and position it) AND an ongoing evergreen strategy so you can wake up to daily sales.
BUT, in this first round of MCM ...
I'm also going to BONUS you 2 additional weeks of business strategy so that you can learn and implement the evergreen strategy in real time with me. This will take practice, feedback and iterations that I'll be able to do with you live.
