The Role:
We are looking to add a Customer Success Coordinator to our small, high-performing team! You’ll be team member #6 and frequently interact with Senior Level management. You’ll report directly to the Head of Customer Success and be responsible for:
Â
- Efficiently and effectively responding to customer emails
- Working with the Head of Customer Success to improve our programs and productsÂ
- Helping us build and grow a high-performing customer support departmentÂ
- Creating standard operating procedures and processes for improvement
- Supporting Head of Customer Success with launches, admin, and organization

This will start as a part time role (10-15 hours per week) with potential for growth. We are looking for a long-term partner who’s enrolled in the JillFit vision, wants to perform at an excellent level and is excited to build out our customer fulfillment department and be a significant contributor to the business.
Skills & Requirements:Â Â
- Familiarly with digital business software and tech (Zoom, Kajabi, Monday.com, Drive, Slack, Active Campaign, Leadpages, social media, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Independent decision maker who isn’t afraid to take action but who is also open to feedback and direction
- A strong commitment to growth and improvementÂ
- Has general availability during US business hoursÂ
- Has a laptop and good wifi connection
