This free sample week of workouts is the product of requests I’ve received for an even shorter, intense training program that can be done with simple equipment like dumbbells or no weight at all, done at home if needed.
No fancy equipment. No gym needed. No hours and hours of exercise.
The workouts contained in Full-Body Finishers are metabolic conditioning (metcon) workouts, meaning they incorporate both weight training AND cardio.
All 3 workouts are 10-20 minutes in duration.

This program is going to help you build strength, lose inches, tone up and build lean curves!
My personal exercise philosophy is short-duration, high-intensity, so all workouts are 10-20 minutes or less, and will have you breathless and burning!
Over the last 24 years as a fitness professional, my own personal journey from trainer to competitor to fitness model to CrossFitter and more has led me to my final exercise resting place--and that is heavy weight training combined with metabolic conditioning workouts for BEST physique results in less time.
